A Piece of Pizza over Pisa

As you all know, I recently went on an AWESOME spring break trip. Before we get to that though, lets rewind a bit and talk about my trip to Pisa before I left. 

There's the tower!! WOO! Just to let everyone know, it definitely leans, and it is definitely the ONLY thing to see in Pisa. 

I went with Alex and her friend Annie who was in town for a week. We got there around dusk, so the pictures were minimal- but we had a good time and got a bunch of cheesy souvenirs  We felt the need to do such things. 

I did get a chance to bring Student Painters to Italy, however, which was exciting. 

Student Painters represent! I thought it was a cool idea of a picture. It as rainy and I had shoes with zero grip on them so it was really difficult to actually get a decently creative or cool picture with the tower. I see all of these really cool angles people get and for the life of me I don't know how they capture such a shot. I was content with the classic "I am strong enough to hold up Pisa" shot. 

It's like I have the world in my hand.

We bought dollar pieces of pizza, and my goal was to eat it like a half moon shape and hold it over the tower to have a piece of pizza over the leaning tower of Pisa. Alex came up with this idea and I thought, maybe JUST MAYBE it was cheesy enough for me to use.

 And look at that... it was. =]
